AD2REP Funnel

The membership-direct funnel · A2R-0
A Facebook ad says plainly, in the first line, that this is a contractor membership built by contractors, and that leads are the smallest part of it. It drives to a landing page built around a 3-minute founder video. He has two ways forward: book a call for real numbers and straight answers, or grab the Membership Brief so we still capture his email. A Sales Rep runs our locked script and closes him. The whole ad chain stays financing-free; financing only appears once he is gated behind the Brief or the call.

A referred contractor who wants to read before he talks uses this same page and Brief
The ad says what we are up front, so the tire-kickers leave at the ad and the guys who click are better. No lead-count hooks, ever. The credential arrives before the pitch: six seconds of a contractor's face before he reads a word.

The Founder Video Page

The headline matches the winning ad, word for word. A 3 to 3.5 minute founder video runs near the top, straight to camera, off book: who we are, what happened to us, what the membership actually is, what he gets, who it's for, and what to do next. The page names the membership plainly, states that it's paid, and holds the price for the call. Then it shows what's inside, one concrete line each. Two calls to action sit on this one page: book the call, or grab the Membership Brief. He picks; we hold him either way.

Financing-free by rule. Only these four systems appear here, one concrete line each. Financing (system 4) is held back for the gated surfaces, the call and the Brief, and never hinted at on anything Facebook can see. The Financing Firewall card explains why even a tease is a risk.
System 1
Own the Asset

Cornerstone: his brand asset built from his own customers' words, published weekly to his own accounts.

System 2
Get Picked, Not Raced

One homeowner to one contractor, and a person confirms the project before he's billed.

System 3
Stop the Leaks

Missed-call text-back, database reactivation, speed-to-lead, CRM, all on one dashboard.

One Into Three

The reviews-and-referrals engine: a private check-in before anything goes public, plus the Sales Coach.

The Booking Page

Clicking Book the Call brings him here. The form takes his contact info before it shows the calendar, so if he quits at the calendar we still have him. It carries the promise: real numbers and straight answers on the call. Shared scheduler and Rep pool, this funnel's own URL, tags, and copy.

Step 1
Contact Info

Name, email, phone captured first. He's a lead the moment he fills this in.

The Membership Brief

Tags applied:a2r-captureda2r-brief

Clicking Grab the Membership Brief captures his email and sends him the one-page prospectus. It sells the appointment, not the service, ordered breadth-first: the marketing asset, then the backbone, then how the work comes to him. Because it's gated and never linked from the ad, it carries all five systems, financing included. No price, no tiers, no guarantee.

No-Show Recovery

A drip goes after the guy who booked and didn't show, to get him rebooked. This is the Cornerstone funnel's recovery sequence, reused.

Email Follow-Up

The Sales Rep Call

The Rep opens on whatever got him interested, confirms it, pays off the real-numbers promise, and gets to discovery fast. From there it's our locked sales script, discovery through confirm, untouched. The composite Cornerstone example becomes the concrete exhibit when Cornerstone comes up, not the opener. The Rep speaks the numbers and matches him to a door and a tier.

The membership · same offer as everywhere elseTHE CLOSE + PURCHASE

Close on the Membership

Two doors: the recurring membership (monthly or annual), or the one-time Founders' Lifetime Charter. Three tiers by work type. Leads are a separate opt-in on top, billed only after a person confirms the project. Terms: founder price locked for life, Cornerstone included for the Founding 300, 60-day money back, cancel anytime, line-item billing.

He buys on the call. The Rep stays with him while he completes the purchase, picks the door and tier, and gets him through checkout. Nothing hands to onboarding until he's bought.
Closed · hands to the rest of the platformONBOARDING

Onboarding

The closed contractor hands off to onboarding and gets live. From here he's on the platform: mini-site, Cornerstone, dashboard. See the System Map.

The Financing Firewall RULE WITH TEETH

No financing, lending, credit, loan, rate, or approval language on anything Facebook can see: the ad, the page, the video, and anything reachable by link from them.
Credit is a Meta special ad category. Meta reviews the ad and its destination together. One mention in the chain puts the ad account at risk.
Financing lives in gated places only: the call, and the Brief, which goes out by email after he opts in and is never linked from the ad destination.
Insurance access is fine on the page. It isn't a special category.

The Five Rule-Systems WHAT'S INSIDE

1Own the asset. Cornerstone, built from his customers' words. All surfaces.
2Get picked, not raced. One homeowner, one contractor. All surfaces.
3Stop the leaks. Text-back, reactivation, CRM. All surfaces.
4Win the job. Consumer financing tools. Gated: Brief + call only.
5One into three. Reviews and referrals engine. All surfaces.

Money · How We Judge It $5,000 BUDGET

$1,500which hooks get clicks and captures, at what cost. Move budget to the top two or three, kill the losers.
$3,000what a held call costs. Under $300 a held call, keep going. Over it, pause and name the problem.
$5,000everything, plus door mix and close rate. Iterate, scale, or park it. The list and the page stay ours.
We steer on cost per held call, not cost per lead. A cheap lead who never books is worth nothing.
